From mountains and forests in Nagano, Hideo Kobayashi arrived on the San Francisco club scene and was inspired by west coast flavored deep house sounds; his name was cemented through his projects such as Children of the Drums on Chez Music and Nagano Kitchen with Jerome Sydenham on Ibadan Records.
HIDEO KOBAYASHI has been producing for 15 years. After inspired German techno and in his early age, After back in Japan, he has put out his first compiation, “SpiN:San Francisco” and “Nagano Kitchen” with his sworn friend, Jerome Sydenham a compilation “Reformation” and his 1st album “Zero”. These catalogues approved his produce skills and his diversity.

That led him into busy days for remixing works and releasing quality sounds on top dance music labels such as Ministry of Sound, Defected, King Street Sounds, Renaissance, Ibadan, OM, Avex and Hed Kandi. And his works has been supported by influential DJs such as Paul Van Dyk, X-PRESS 2, Francois Kevorkian, Richie Hawtin, Hernan Cattaneo, Laurent Garnie, Danny Kravit, Joe Claussel, Simon Dunmore and Tiesto.
